We brought coffee (beans) with us -- and a stove-top espresso maker. We were both pretty sure that we had left a grinder at the house during a previous trip. OOPS!

Fortunately, there is one coffee grinder at the house... it's an antique, that is mounted on the wall. It's a good thing that no one was in a hurry -- because it took about 30 min to grind enough coffee for 4 people. Ha!
