between courses

Between courses 2 and 3, we took a walk up to Bernice Anne & Donnie's. It was a lovely evening, we sat on the porch with them and drank tea. We watched their local hummingbirds (there seemed to be about 100, although I suspect there were 10-15) for quite a while...
Upon our return to the Post's house, I was struck by the bottom image, across the street. Old meets new. Hmm.
